In collaboration with the Decatur Arts Alliance, Halo will feature Canvas Artist Studios, where resident artists are invited to engage with residents and the public in exchange for complimentary studio and gallery space, along with utilities. As part of this program, there will also be a call for mural proposals, incorporating community input to help select participating artists.
