DECATUR ARTIST ALLIANCE

In collaboration with the Decatur Artist Alliance, Halo will also feature Canvas Artist Studios, where resident artists are invited to engage with residents and the public in exchange for free studio and gallery space and associated utilities. There will also be a call for proposals, incorporating community input, to select mural artists.
